A CIRCULAR ECOSYSTEM
We are story makers, and our ecosystem is the main chapter of our story, shared with designers, engineers, indigenous communities, artisans, entrepreneurs and agroforestry and wood plantation operators. For nearly 20 years, we have dedicated ourselves to create a circular design and manufacturing ecosystem that could reinvent the furniture production environments with purpose, transparency & honesty.
Of course, we know that great manufacturing requires great design. Hecho works with several world-renown design firms to develop circular product manufacturing solutions and authentic materials. Adding value through community development and integrating a production ecosystem of more that 60 local artisans in 12 production units, 4 international factories with more than 500 collaborators and partnerships with agroforestry operators with access to more than 10,000 hectares of sustainable and certified wood plantations.

We are international company with chapters in different countries, legally operating with corporations founded in the USA and Nicaragua, and with new chapters developing in the European Union, South America and Africa.
We blend design, know how and authenticity with social, economical and environmental sustainability. We see the future by creating change today, developing a global network of artisans, farmers, forestry operators, indigenous communities, factories and designers, to create functional and authentic products from the concept stages, to the product deployment with a beautiful transformation story in between.
